It's another frosty cold day awaiting me beyond my front door. I've eaten half a banana, mostly because the other half was bruised. I've gone off the no poo regimen for the most part. I think the baking soda was getting too harsh, and I couldn't lengthen the time between washes past the 2 or 3 days without looking & feeling seriously gross. I've started using a non-SLS Camomile shampoo from Aubrey Organics & so far, I like it. My scalp started getting all crazy again without the apple cider vinegar rinses, so I've started that again as of yesterday, and amazingly, already seems to be getting things under control. Sometimes I wish I had regular skin/scalp, that doesn't have issues, I'm sure that's true for everyone! I have looked at the Aubrey Organics website, and I think the best shampoo for me would be the Primrose & Lavender. I think I'll have to check out the Natural Food stores around town.
