need food.
Feb. 7th, 2011 07:18 pmI'm very hungry. Oh look, it must be almost 7 pm. I can never get to dinner before 7 pm. The mister came home & wanted to 'sit' for a while. Now I'm listening to his snoring. He's been making me repeat myself every time I say anything, by saying "WHAAAT?" which is getting on my last nerve. He says I'm mumbling. BUT NO I AM NOT. I really need to put some comfy clothes on. That seems to be a priority.
What do you do if someone you know is a touchy talker & the touching is making you feel uncomfortable? Maybe I'm reading this situation wrong, but, I am prone to the highest levels of obliviousness. I have never known when someone likes me like that, unless they flat out tell me.
Last week, I was having a conversation with some ladies, and one of them always has to touch my arm/leg, quickly, & lightly, but moving away within seconds when making her point. Then, she touched my leg, and just left her hand there. To the point where I was past feeling uncomfortable & starting to move my leg away, but I didn't have much room to move. Yeah, putting that in writing makes it look pretty obvious. But I get no flirty vibes otherwise from this person, except these random touches. I'm going to start observing to see if she touches other people, not just me.
If she makes me uncomfortable again, I'll have to say something. Obviously. I have been thinking that it is a difference in personal space boundaries. I let very few people touch me, unless I trust and/or love them completely.
